Abstract

The invention can be used for scientific and production medical and veterinary laboratories. The inventive growth stimulator for a tuberculosis causative agent comprises chemical compositions containing the following elements: sodium, oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon. Said chemical composition also contains the following components (in mass %): chemically pure saccharose 2.0-5.0, rectified alcohol 0.1-0.9, sodium bicarbonate 0.05-0.15, twice-substituted sodium pyrocitrate 0.005-0.9 and a solvent (up to 1000 ml). The growth stimulator can also contain calcium chloride 0.1-0.9 mass %, potato starch 0.01-0.4 mass % and dehydrated glucose 0.01-0.02 mass %. The inventive culture medium for the tuberculosis causative agent in the form of an aqueous solution contains (in mass %) the following components: dry enzymatic peptone, agar-agar or microbiological agar 1.4-1.6, potato starch 1.377- 1.577, calcium dependent enzymes stimulator 0.012-0.014, sodium carbonate 0.005-0.015, the growth stimulator for the tuberculosis causative agent 10-18 and up to 100 of solvent. The method for producing a culture medium and the method for producing the tuberculosis causative agent on then culture medium are also disclosed. The invention makes it possible to reduce time for biological studies preserving a high test's sensivity.
