Abstract

L'invention concerne une citerne destinée au transport de produits solides en poudre ou en grains, comprenant une coque de tôle consistant en un corps cylindrique (1) et en au moins un régulateur d'alimentation (2) conique. La coque susmentionnée comprend au moins un couvercle (3) comprenant une surface présentant un rayon de cintrage variable en continu, servant de raccordement entre le corps cylindrique (1) et le régulateur d'alimentation (2). Le procédé de fabrication de cette citerne comprend au moins une phase de pressage d'un moule à l'aide d'une presse hydraulique pour tôle, pour obtenir des segments (3a, 3b) comprenant des surfaces présentant un rayon de cintrage variable en continu, lesquels segments sont assemblés par un soudage tête-à-tête.
