Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour contrôler la qualité du joint entre des tôles ou feuillards soudés bout à bout au moyen d'un laser. Selon ce procédé, une pluralité de données sont mesurées par au moins deux détecteurs placés autour de la zone de soudure avant d'être acheminées en tant que grandeurs d'entrée à au moins une unité de traitement de données de mesure qui assure un regroupement et une corrélation de ces données pour permettre une évaluation de la qualité du joint de soudure. L'invention vise à permettre d'évaluer rapidement la qualité du joint de soudure de façon à effectuer une analyse du résultat de mesure qui soit fidèle à la réalité. A cet effet, les données mémorisées en tant que grandeurs d'entrée sont acheminées à au moins un réseau neuronal artificiel, pouvant subir un apprentissage et comportant une structure sensiblement hiérarchique. Ce ou ces réseaux neuronaux sont constitués d'au moins deux sous-réseaux neuronaux artificiels, sensiblement indépendants, pouvant subir un apprentissage. Le premier sous-réseau neuronal artificiel est constitué d'au moins deux sous-réseaux neuronaux artificiels, sensiblement indépendants. Les résultats des traitements de données sont acheminés respectivement en tant que grandeurs d'entrée aux premiers sous-réseaux neuronaux artificiels. Les résultats des premiers sous-réseaux neuronaux artificiels sont acheminés en tant que grandeurs d'entrée au deuxième sous-réseau neuronal artificiel, et le résultat du ou des réseaux neuronaux artificiels est utilisé pour effectuer le contrôle de qualité.
