Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement superficiel d'une lentille de contact qui est appliquée directement sur un oeil devant être corrigé optiquement par cette lentille, ladite lentille comprenant une surface venant en contact, sur une majeure partie de sa surface, avec l'oeil, et une surface à traiter, laquelle est opposée à l'oeil. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'on effectue une mesure de réfraction sur l'oeil, de manière à obtenir des données de correction optique caractéristiques pour l'oeil, en ce qu'on effectue la mesure de réfraction avec la lentille de contact appliquée, et en ce qu'on utilise un processus d'enlèvement de matière, assisté au laser, sur la lentille appliquée directement sur l'oeil, processus grâce auquel la surface à traiter prend, par cet enlèvement de matière, une forme permettant d'avoir dans la lentille, une force de réfraction superficielle qui est déterminée par les données de correction optiques.
