Tyrosinase is a black pigment that plays a major role in absorbing excess light

An enzyme essential for the biosynthesis of "melanin" from tyrosine, and is deeply involved in the formation of spots and freckles caused by excessive exposure to sunlight and ultraviolet rays in areas such as the face and arms. Is known to be.

In addition, tyrosinase is deeply involved in scalp darkening of the hair (blackening), and it has been shown that a decrease in tyrosinase activity in the scalp is one of the causes of hair graying. .

Attempts have been made to promote the activity of tyrosinase to suppress the generation of gray hair or to improve it, and as a means for activating the production of melanin, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 5-78222 and 7-2 Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H07-112129 describes the invention described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 7-831 and 7-316020 and can exert both the effect of growing hair and the effect of preventing gray hair. The inventions described in JP-A-78-718 and JP-A-7-126129 are proposed. It is preferably 20.0% by weight, and particularly preferably 0.05 to 5.0% by weight. If the blending amount of the penetration enhancer is less than 0.001% by weight based on the whole composition, it is difficult to exert a sufficient penetration promoting effect of the tyrosinase activity enhancer and the like, and the amount is 20.0% by weight. Over the formulation Problems and skin irritation may occur.

The blood flow enhancer that can be contained in the present composition is not particularly limited, as long as it is applied to the skin, blood flow is promoted, and there is no safety problem as a component of the external preparation. ??? Oryzanol is contained in the seed coat of rice (Oryza sat iva L. (Gramineae)), and is mainly composed of a fureric acid ester of triterpene alcohol, and has an effect of promoting blood flow in capillaries. is there.

7-Oryzanol is currently commercially available and can be obtained by known methods.

The amount of the blood flow enhancer in the composition is preferably 0.01 to 5.0% by weight, and more preferably 0.01 to 2.0% by weight based on the total amount of the composition. Is particularly preferred. If the amount of the blood flow promoting agent is less than 0.01% by weight based on the total amount of the composition, it is difficult to exhibit a sufficient blood flow promoting effect and realize a synergistic gray hair preventing effect. If the content is more than 5.0% by weight, a problem may occur from the viewpoint of safety, such as skin irritation.

Thus, by combining and combining the tyrosinase activity promoter with the penetration enhancer and / or the blood flow enhancer, the prevention or suppression of the generation of gray hair is superior to the case where the tyrosinase activity promoter is blended alone. The present composition having an effect is provided.

(c) Hair follicle activator The hair follicle activator that can be contained in the present composition exerts a hair nourishing effect (a hair loss suppressing effect, a hair growth promoting effect, an anti-dandruff / power-stain prevention effect, etc.) by activating the hair follicles of human hair. As long as there is no safety problem as a component of the external preparation, there is no particular limitation, and the mechanism of action should not be questioned. The hair follicle activator can be used alone in the composition, but can be used in combination of two or more.

The hair follicle activator, specifically, for example, nicotinic acid Ami de, vitamin B e include, Piochin, pantothenic acid, cepharanthine, mononitroguayacol acids, 6-benzyl § amino purine, diisopropylamine di chloroacetic acid, Hinokichio And pentadecanoic acid monoglyceride.

It is also conceivable that the hair follicle activator overlaps with the blood flow enhancer described above. In such a case, the agent of the present invention is used as an agent of any concept that can be contained in the present composition. (Of course, the present composition in such an embodiment is also an invention within the technical scope of the present invention).

The content of the hair follicle activator of the present composition is preferably from 0.01 to 5.0% by weight, preferably from 0.01 to 2.0% by weight, based on the total amount of the composition. It is especially preferred. If the amount of the hair follicle activator is less than 0.001% by weight based on the total amount of the composition, the desired effect of preventing hair loss and hair growth, as well as the effect of preventing dandruff and scalp on the scalp, is synergistic. It is also difficult to achieve a typical gray hair prevention effect, and if it exceeds 5.0% by weight, it may be inconvenient in terms of formulation and the scalp tends to cause discomfort.

In this way, by combining the tyrosinase activity promoter and the hair follicle activator into the present composition, more excellent gray hair generation can be obtained than when the tyrosinase activity promoter is contained alone. The present composition having a preventive or inhibitory effect of the present invention is provided. Further, the present composition is provided which has a hair-growth effect as well as a gray-hair suppression effect.

また、 チ ロシナーゼ活性促進剤を配合せず、 毛包賦活剤のみを配合しても、 白髪の発生の 予防または防止効果が認められないことも明らかになった (比較例 B 4〜B 1 4 ) o From the results shown in Tables B1 and B2, Comparative Examples B1 to B3 containing only the respective tyrosinase activity promoters exhibited the effect of preventing or inhibiting the development of gray hair, but the activation of hair follicles It was revealed that Examples B1 to B11 in which the agent was blended exhibited a more excellent effect of preventing or suppressing gray hair than Comparative Example B1. In addition, it was revealed that even if the hair follicle activator alone was added without the tyrosinase activity promoter, the effect of preventing or preventing the generation of gray hair was not observed (Comparative Examples B4 to B14). ) o

Based on the results shown in Tables C1 and C2, Comparative Examples C1 to C3 containing only the respective tyrosinase activity promoters exhibited the effect of preventing or inhibiting the development of gray hair, but showed that 5a-reductase was used. It became clear that Examples C1 to C12 in which the inhibitor was blended exhibited more excellent gray hair prevention or suppression effects than Comparative Examples C1 to C3. In addition, it was also found that the prevention or prevention of the generation of gray hair was not observed when only the 5-hi reductase inhibitor was used without using the tyrosinase activity promoter (Comparative Example C4). ~ (15).

That is, a lotion of the present composition comprising a combination of a tyrosinase activity promoter and a 5α-reductase inhibitor (Examples C1 to (: 12) shows a synergistic effect of white hair development or prevention). This indicates that the use of a small amount of a tyrosinase activity promoter and a 5-hi reductase inhibitor can exert a sufficient gray hair development or prevention effect. It shows.

Hereinafter, other formulation examples of the composition of the embodiment C will be described as examples.

In addition, the effect of preventing or suppressing the generation of gray hair in humans was also examined for the present composition of embodiment C of these examples. The result was obtained.
