Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein neues biotechnisches kontinuierliches Verfahren zur Herstellung von linearem Poly(1,4-alpha-glucan), wobei in einer modifizierten Biotransformation mittels immobilisierter Fusionsproteine die eine Amylosucrasektivität inne haben das Poly(1,4-glucan) als Feststoff gewonnen wird.
