The present invention refers to an improvement related to a fuel combustion involving water formation reaction from molcular hydrogen and oxygen. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
The concept of combustible enhancement is previous known and comprises collect oxygen from the air and make use of its chemical properties when reacting with hydrogen. The energy released in said reaction is used in the fuel combustion operation. Therefore, the amount of fuel in said operation is reduced.
Hydrogen is also important is the present invention system; it is the main catalyst of the combustion during all operation, i.e., at the steps of compression and explosion we can see the effect of the hydrogen, at the motor discharge outlet, and the exceeding oxygen forming a non polution enhancing gas. SUMMARY OF INVENTION: The system of the present invention is provided after several tests and the improvement related to it is based on research in which the water is one of the combustion products. A motor having the invention system is able to reduce the amount of oil derivate in the burning step and release vapor of water to the atmosphere.
It is also possible use water as an oxygen and hydrogen source in motors started by oil derivates,as Diesel oil
or alcohol or reactors started by gas as thermal reactor for eletric energy production and aviation fuel.
The invention system aims to reduce the level of Diesel oil at the combustion step due the fact of Diesel started motors need to receive more molecular oxygen and hydrogen via the air filter to be mixed to the combustible in the admission chamber. Our system is able to permit a good performance of said motors and a fuel spending reduction. DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION: More amounts of oxygen and hydrogen gases provide a more rich emulsion which is good to the motor combustion due the fact of the compression rate of the motor is from 4000 to 4500 pounds, at 70°C, in order to permit a good combustible burning of the Diesel oil. Only Diesel oil motors shall have a previous heating step r ^as heating and/or preheating for permit a good gas/water combustion. The strengh of this procedure in the inner part of the motor provides the flame activation of the the air molecules which are conducted to the motor inside via the motor shaft and pistons movement. The Figure 1 , is a schematic diagram of the invention device with works as a compressor of the gas reservoir, being connedted to air conduction hoses (2), gas reservoir hoses(3,5), gaseous molecules forming reservoir(4), fluid blockage device (6) oxygen/hydrogen gas reservoir having direct pressurization (8). The vaporization device is necessary only in Diesel motors or in particular cases of motor operation, since the water vapor is preheated, rubber or steel mesh hoses (9) are placed
for hydrogen/oxygen conduction which are extracted from the water by the air emulsion filter, air filter(10) for fluid blockage and air filtering, additional air filter (11) for make the processed air pure and eliminate particules, additional water filter (12) for make the water distribution for the molecular processing and avoid corrosion in motor combustion parts, set of hoses and giglets (13) at the inner part of the reservoir, the hoses can be also made of synthetic material, plastic or rubber materials, since the giglet is changed for meet the requirements of motors in view of particular features of motor power or turboreactor applications, the air injection nuzzle is provided for gas injection from the pressurization step and formed by the air pumping compressor and the gas reservoir (14).
The vacuum system with expanding gas transformers (1), giglets (2), conduction air hoses (3), water conduction hoses(4N for water conduction to the gas expanding reservoirs (4), air iniet nozzles(5) for vacuum formation, reservoir cap (6) haviing a sealing ability fo the combustion gas, blockage filter (7) made of synthetic foam or fibers, vacuum receiving nozzles for motor admission (8) rings for holding the combustion gas hoses, particularly to hydrogen gas.
This system is based on the alcohol and distilled water mixture in a suitable rate for start the gas formation under vacuum, where the hydrogen gas is extracted from the water.
After pressurization, the air is conducted to water reservoirs in order to make the hydrogen/oxygen dissociation. The first operation data is important for builting the combustion procedure conditions, adjusting the molecular relation in view of a
more efficient air pressurization, determining the specific combustion relation, since the atmospheric air is submitted to a pressurization step and after injected in a sealed reservoir for be expanded and finally providing the essential gases of the combustion operation based on the air pumping.
The invention system is to make improvement in the previous known technique, i.e, enhance the motor performance, particularly related to the motor combustion and any kind of motor fuel. When molecular concentration and also the polution free gas discharge in the motor are provided the catalyst effect of the water formation reduce the motor working temperature.
This system is to provide a good combustion mixture and avoid or ever reduce carbon monoxide gas polution.
