Description
AUTOMATIC WASHER FOR CHAMBER POT
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an automatic washer for a chamber pot which is attached to the chamber pot to automatically wash the interior of the chamber pot by water.
More particularly, the present invention relates to an automatic washer for a chamber pot which includes a heat collecting plate on which the heat of the sun is collected, installed to be separated therefrom on an indoor or outdoor position well exposed to the sun, whereby a heat energy collected on the heat collecting plate is charged to a charging battery which is installed within the automatic washer to thereby operate the automatic washer. Discussion of Related Art
Until now, there have been proposed various kinds of automatic washers for a chamber pot, which are generally
classified into the washer operated by using an electric power and the washer operated by using a battery in accordance with an operating energy source.
In case of the washer operated by using the electric power, firstly, there is an inconvenience that wiring construction for flowing the electric power is firstly carried out prior to the installation of the washer, on the position where the washer will be installed. Concurrently, there occurs a problem that the washer should operate by means of the supply of the electric power, which causes the power consumption to be increased.
In case of the washer operated by using the battery, on the other hand, there occur some problems that a user should purchase the battery due to the characteristic of the consumption of the battery, which causes the maintenance cost thereof to be high and the all-consumed battery should be exchanged into a new one, which causes the destruction of environment .
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly, the present invention is directed to an automatic washer for a chamber pot that substantially obviates
one or more of the problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related arts.
An object of the invention is to provide an automatic washer for a chamber pot, which is operated by the supply of an electric power or by means of a battery and includes a charging battery in the interior thereof and a heat collecting plate formed separately therefrom, whereby a heat energy collected on the heat collecting plate is charged to a charging battery to thereby provide a power source to the automatic washer, such that it can solve the problems of the power consumption and destruction of environment suffered in the conventional automatic washer.
To accomplish this and other object of the present invention, there is provided an automatic washer for a chamber pot which installs a solenoid valve, an induction sensor, etc. in the interior thereof and thus senses the approach of a user to automatically supply/cut a washing water by using an electric energy, including: a charging battery installed in the interior thereof; and a heat collecting plate formed on the position being sufficiently exposed to the sun to be separated therefrom, whereby the heat collecting plate is coupled to the charging battery to operate the automatic
washer .
It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description are exemplary and explanatory and are intended to provide further explanation of the invention as claimed.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ATTACHED DRAWINGS The accompanying drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the principles of the drawings. In the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an automatic washer for a chamber pot and a heat collecting plate provided therein according to the present invention; and
FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating the attached state of the automatic washer of FIG. 1 to a urinal receptacle .
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred
embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an existing automatic washer 1 for a chamber pot and a heat collecting plate 2 provided therein according to the present invention.
As well known, the automatic washer 1 is provided with an induction sensor, an electric wiring plate, a motor or a solenoid valve, etc., in the interior thereof. Accordingly, if a user approaches the automatic washer 1, the induction sensor operates to turn on/off a light emitting diode (LED) 3 and at the same time, the solenoid valve operates to supply a washing water during a predetermined time period, thereby completing the washing. operation of the automatic washer 1. The construction as mentioned above is well known, an explanation of which will be avoided for the brevity of the description.
For the convenience of explanation, on the other hand, it is assumed that the automatic washer 1 is attached on a urinal receptacle .
In construction, a charging battery 4, which is installed in the interior of the automatic washer 1, has a semipermanent life period. For instance, four charging batteries of each 1.5V are used for the construction of D/C 6V.
Under the above construction, the automatic washer 1 is attached on a water inlet pipe side of the top portion of the urinal receptacle 5, as shown in FIG. 2.
On the other hand, a heat collecting plate 2 having a relative large surface area is installed to be separated from the automatic washer 1. A wiring 6 is formed between the heat collecting plate 2 and the charging battery 4, to thereby charge the heat energy collected on the heat collecting plate 2 to the charging battery . Preferably, the heat collecting plate 2 is installed on the indoor or outdoor position being well exposed to the sun, to thereby collect a large amount of heat energy.
On the other hand, the heat collecting plate 2 is preferably provided with a protection cap (not shown) which is adapted to prevent damage or break-down due to an external impact which is may be generated upon the installation in the outdoor position.
Furthermore, the heat collecting plate 2 has a capacity enough to operate the automatic washer 1, which may be dependent upon a manufacturer's design.
Under the above construction of the automatic washer 1 for the chamber pot of the present invention, the heat energy
collected on the heat collecting plate 2 is stored in the charging battery 4, and by the supply of the charged energy, the motor or the solenoid valve is driven to supply the washing water. In addition, with the installation of only single heat collecting plate 2, a plurality of urinal receptacles can be washed, as shown in FIG. 2. Therefore, in the case where the number of the urinal receptacles to be washed increases, the dimension of the heat collecting plate 2 is accordingly enlarged.
On the other hand, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the heat collecting plate is coupled and attached to the automatic washer for the chamber pot, but may be coupled, for example, to an automatic tap for executing automatic supply/cut of water, a hand dryer installed in a rest room, and a bidet attached to the chamber pot, to provide the same operational effect as that of the present invention. Of course, the modifications and variations of the present invention may be made by the simple design change, which will be contained within the spirit of the present invention.
As apparent from the foregoing, an automatic washer for a chamber pot of the present invention installs a charging
battery installed in the interior of the existing automatic washer and a heat collecting plate formed on the position being sufficiently exposed to the sun to be separated therefrom, whereby the heat collecting plate is coupled to the charging battery to operate the automatic washer. Therefore, the automatic washer for the chamber pot of the present invention does not need any separate electric power or consumptive battery, such that it can accomplish the saving of energy as well as prevent the pollution of environment caused due to waste batteries.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in an automatic washer for a chamber pot of the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention cover the modifications and variations of this invention provided they come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents .
