Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de montage d'une doublure pour emballage en carton dans une structure de congélation lui étant destinée et comprenant une ouverture. Ledit procédé consiste à utiliser une doublure comprenant un panneau inférieur (3) sensiblement rectangulaire connecté à quatre parois constituant un panneau latéral avant et un panneau latéral opposé arrière (2, 6), et deux panneaux d'extrémité opposés (4, 5), un panneau (7) de couverture, sensiblement rectangulaire, connecté latéralement au panneau latéral arrière et comprenant, de préférence, un ou plusieurs rabats sur les autres côtés de la couverture, et des segments (14) d'angle situés en correspondance avec les angles du panneau inférieur et connectés au panneau latéral adjacent et au panneau d'extrémité adjacent. Le procédé consiste ensuite à plier une première paire de panneaux opposés (4, 5) vers le panneau inférieur, les segments d'angle connectés aux parois étant ainsi repliés sur la partie supérieure des parois adjacentes (2, 6) correspondantes ; puis à presser la doublure vers le bas dans la structure de congélation, la seconde paire de parois adjacentes non pliées venant ainsi buter contre la structure de congélation ; à monter la première paire de parois repliées de façon à les faire buter contre la structure de congélation, les segments d'angle étant ainsi pliés et venant buter entre la première paire de parois et la structure de congélation. Cette configuration des segments d'angle permet de monter la doublure avec seulement un risque minimal de situer les segments d'angle à l'intérieur de l'emballage en carton ainsi monté.
