Description

现有技术中， 酒瓶只是作为一种盛装酒的容器， 外观单一， 功能单 一， 并且不能给人们提供更多的美感。 而在当今市场商品十分丰富、 消 费者的选择余地很大的情况下， 产品呈现给消费者的外观对于吸引消费 者的注意力和刺激消费者的购买欲望起到了很大的作用； 加之， 酒常常 作为宴会上的助兴饮品和馈赠礼品， 其精美的外包装将会起到锦上添花 的作用， 酒瓶也常常被人们作为一种收藏品加以收藏。 中国专利
ZL972006753公开了一种玻璃酒瓶， 它由透明玻璃瓶体、 造型饰物及底 座组成， 这种酒瓶虽然可通过设置于底座中的造型饰物来装饰酒瓶， 使 酒瓶具有美感， 但其图案与瓶体是分离的且结构较复杂、 配件较多、 制 作成本也较高。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种装饰图案与瓶体结合在一起的酒瓶。
本发明的另一目的是提供制作该带装饰的酒瓶的工艺。
为实现上述目的， 本发明的技术方案为：
一种带装饰的酒瓶， 包括
一瓶体， 用于盛装液体； 所述瓶体的底部设置有一向瓶体内部凸 立的槽座， 使所述瓶体形成一盛装液体的空间以及一凹孔部， 其特 征在于
所述凹孔部的周壁进一步设置有装饰图案部。
一种制作带装饰的酒瓶的工艺， 包括以下步骤：
1) 将带有装饰图案的贴纸覆盖于所述酒瓶凹孔部的周壁上；
2) 将所述覆盖了贴纸的酒瓶置于加热炉中预热；
3) 将预热后的酒瓶继续于加热炉中维持一定温度进行拷花；
4) 将拷花后的酒瓶冷却， 获得带装饰的酒瓶。
根据本发明的一方面， 提供一种装饰图案与酒瓶瓶体结合在一起的 替换页（细则第 2S条）

Claims

权利要求
1. 种带装饰的酒瓶， 包括
一瓶体， 用于盛装液体； 所述瓶体的底部设置有一向瓶体内部凸 立的槽座， 使所述瓶体形成一盛装液体的空间以及一凹孔部， 其特 征在于
所述凹孔部的周壁进一步设置有装饰图案部。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的带装饰的酒瓶，其特征在于所述装饰图案 部与所述凹孔部的周壁结合为一体设置。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的带装饰的酒瓶，其特征在于所述装饰图案 部熔接于所述周壁上。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的带装饰的酒瓶，其特征在于所述装饰图案 部烤结于所述周壁上。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的带装饰的酒瓶，其特征在于所述瓶体由透 明玻璃制成。
6. 一种制作带装饰的酒瓶的工艺， 包括以下步骤：
a) 将带有装饰图案的贴纸覆盖于所述酒瓶凹孔部的周壁上； b) 将所述覆盖了贴纸的酒瓶置于加热炉中预热；
c) 将预热后的酒瓶继续于加热炉中维持一定温度进行拷花； d) 将拷花后的酒瓶冷却， 获得带装饰的酒瓶。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的工艺，其中步驟 2)所述预热为緩慢升温至 300 °C ~ 650。C。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的工艺，其中步骤 2)所述预热为緩慢升温至 450 °C ~ 600。C。
9. 才艮据权利要求 8所述的工艺，其中步骤 2)所述预热为緩慢升温至 480 °C。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的工艺， 其中步骤 2)所述预热为緩慢升 温至 590 °C。
11. 根据权利要求 7所述的工艺， 其中步骤 3)所述拷花为维持步 骤 2)中预热达到的温度直至贴纸上的装饰图案熔接于所述酒瓶的玻璃 表面。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的工艺，其中所述拷花过程中加热炉的 温差 ≤ 士 20 °C。
