Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ortungsvorrichtung zur Verwendung bei stereotaktischen, neurochirurgischen Eingriffen in das Innere des Schädels eines Patienten, mit einem Schaftabschnitt, der an seinem ersten Ende wenigstens drei reflektierende Markierungsmittel trägt, die in fester räumlicher Beziehung zueinander stehen, wobei der Schaftabschnitt an seinem zweiten Ende eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zum ortsfesten Anbringen der Ortungsvorrichtung an einem im Schädel des zu behandelnden Patienten vorgesehenen Bohrloch, aufweist. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung ein Neuronavigationssystem, bei dem diese Ortungsvorrichtung eingesetzt wird, und ein Verfahren zur Anwendung der neuen Ortungsvorrichtung im Rahmen der Neuronavigation.
