Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren, ein Diagnose-Kit, ein Mikroarray (z.B. DNS-Chip) sowie deren Verwendung zur Bestimmung des Rhesus-Faktors eines Menschen, insbesondere eines menschlichen Fötus zur Verwendung beispielsweise im Bereich der Medizin, insbesondere in der Pränatal-Diagnose. Das erfindungsgemässe Diagnose-Kit enthält mindestens ein Paar Oligonukleotide (Reverseprimer, Forwardprimer), wobei die beiden Oligonukleotide des Paares als Primer zur Amplifikation mittels Polymerasekettenreaktion jeweils eines der beiden komplementären Stränge eines DNS-Abschnittes des menschlichen RhD-Gens geeignet sind.
