Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de filage pour filer un fil (16) synthétique multifilament. Sur la face inférieure de la tête (3) de filière sont disposés de manière rapprochée des pots (6) de filières dotés de filières (7.2), à travers les trous (7.1) desquelles des filaments (8) sont extrudés. Les filaments (8) traversent des tubes de refroidissement (12) disposés sous les filières (7.2) et en liaison avec un générateur (13) de flux d'air créant un courant dans le sens de passage du fil en machine. Selon l'invention, chaque tube de refroidissement (12) est rendu étanche au pot (6) de filières directement par une unité d'étanchéité (9), qui forme ainsi une surface de séparation (9.5) du pot (6) de filières disposée du côté de la tête de filière et une surface de séparation (9.6) disposée du côté du tube de refroidissement (12), permettant ainsi une conception très compacte de la tête (6) de filière et du tube de refroidissement (12). Cette unité d'étanchéité (9) est amovible, afin de pouvoir sortir le tube de refroidissement (12) pour des travaux de service et d'entretien.
