Abstract

L'invention concerne un implant (1) comprenant une fixation et des parties d'introduction (2, 3) dans un alésage dotées d'au moins une surface extérieure possédant des agencements de couche extérieure (6, 7). Cet implant peut être placé de manière connue, des filetages (3a, 3b) étant réalisés sur des parties cylindrique et conique. Il est généralement réalisé en deux étapes de production. Selon une première étape de production, la surface extérieure (6a) de l'implant présente une valeur de rugosité et/ou un degré de porosité relativement élevés. Selon une seconde étape, la surface irrégulière et poreuse ainsi obtenue est recouverte d'une couche d'oxyde (7) pouvant être uniforme ou d'épaisseur différente dans les sens longitudinal et/ou circulaire de l'implant. Selon un mode de réalisation, une couche d'oxyde (7) peut être recouverte d'un agent de croissance ou de promotion osseuse et/ou de phosphate de calcium (16), par exemple par dépôt, immersion, ou vaporisation chimiques.
