Abstract

Bei einem modularen automatisierten Prozesssystem mit zur automatisierten Abarbeitung eines Prozesses konfigurierbaren und jeweils vorgegebenen Teilprozesse abarbeitenden Prozessmodulen, die über eine Datenverbindung an einer übergeordneten Steuerung angeschlossen sind, weisen die Prozessmodule (1 bis 5) Konfigurationsmeldeeinrichtungen (26) zur Bereitstellung von über die Datenverbindung (16) lesbaren Informationen über die eingestellten Ist-Konfigurationen auf; die übergeordnete Steuerung (17) ist an einer Einrichtung (60) zur Bereitstellung von Informationen über einzustellende SollKonfigurationen der Prozessmodule (1 bis 5) angeschlossen und ermittelt Abweichungen zwischen den Ist-Konfigurationen und den Soll-Konfigurationen.
