Abstract

L'invention concerne des méthodes destinées à augmenter la quantité de protéines sécrétées par une cellule. Dans un mode de réalisation, une cellule contient un acide nucléique hétérologue codant pour une protéine présentant une activité modulant la réponse d'une protéine dépliée, ainsi qu'un acide nucléique hétérologue codant pour une protéine d'intérêt à sécréter. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la protéine dont l'activité module la réponse d'une protéine dépliée est choisie parmi les protéines appartenant au groupe HAC1, PTC2 et IRE1. La protéine d'intérêt peut être une protéine sécrétée quelconque, telle qu'une enzyme industrielle ou thérapeutique. Par exemple, cette protéine peut être choisie dans le groupe constitué par une lipase, une cellulase, une endoglucosidase H, une protéase, une carbohydrase, une réductase, une oxydase, une isomérase, une transférase, une kinase, une phosphatase, une alpha-amylase, une glucamylase, une hémicellulase de lignocellulose, une pectinase et une ligninase.
