Abstract

Cette invention a trait à un dispositif permettant d'introduire un élément souple de forme allongée dans au moins deux régions du corps d'un patient. Dans un mode de réalisation, ce dispositif comporte une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale ainsi qu'une unité permettant une progression longitudinale de l'élément souple de forme allongée vers l'extrémité distale, de sorte que l'extrémité proximale dudit élément puisse sortir de l'extrémité distale avec suffisamment de force pour traverser les parties corporelles du patient. Ce dispositif comporte également une unité de fixation permettant le réglage sélectif de la force de fixation appliquée par l'élément flexible de forme allongée et ce, afin de réunir durablement les régions corporelles du patient.
