Abstract
L'invention relève de l'enrichissement des ressources minières et peut être utilisée dans l'enrichissement de minerais, de matières premières d'origines industrielle, de divers matériaux naturels et artificiels; elle peut aussi constituer une technologie efficace pour l'étude de la composition des phases de divers produits naturels et artificiels. Selon l'invention, on fournit le matériau de départ dans une flux montant pulsé d'un liquide porteur et l'on sépare les particules du matériau en fonction de leur densité; la nouveauté consiste en ce que l'on inverse la direction du flux montant pulsé en créant un mouvement turbulent du liquide et en augmentant le détachement des particules dites 'lourdes' de celles dites 'légères'. L'invention comprend un tube de séparation (1) monté vertical ou sous un angle par rapport à l'horizon, un pulseur (3) assurant un flux de liquide pulsé dans le tube (1) et un récipient (9) destiné à la collecte de la fraction dite 'légère' du matériau en vrac. Entre le pulseur (3) et le tube de séparation (1) on a installé un régulateur du flux du liquide (5) constitué d'une soupape de retour (6) avec un temporisateur de la fermeture (7) et un appareil de direction (8) qui assure l'agitation du précipité et le détachement de la fraction 'légère' du matériau de celle dite 'lourde' dans la partie inférieure du tube de séparation. L'invention permet d'augmenter la qualité de séparation et d'améliorer l'efficacité du processus d'enrichissement.
