Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'améliorer la qualité d'une base de données utilisée avec un moteur de recherche du type décrit dans cette invention. Ce procédé consiste à définir en tant que groupe plusieurs points de données, dans un domaine de points de données, pour un objet de données, à convertir ce groupe de points de données en au moins une fonction noyau, à regrouper les plusieurs fonctions noyaux résultantes, qui couvrent tous les points de données pour l'objet de données, en un groupe, à projeter ledit groupe de fonctions noyaux dans un espace à grandes dimensions, par utilisation du théorème de Cover, afin de définir un point de référence unique consultable, pour tous les points de données pour ledit objet de données, à comparer ledit point unique consultable pour un objet échantillon au point unique consultable pour des objets de comparaison traités de la même façon, à déterminer le point de référence unique consultable pour plusieurs échantillons répétés de chaque objet, à établir les coordonnées des fonctions noyaux répétées dans l'espace à grandes dimensions, puis à déterminer une coordonnée de référence de point unique du groupe de points consultables répétés pour la recherche/comparaison initiale.
