Abstract

L'invention relève de l'équipement destiné au broyage de divers matériaux par un jet de vecteur énergétique et utilisable dans des industries de construction, chimique alimentaire et autres. Le broyeur à jet contient une chambre de broyage cylindrique dont une paroi latérale comporte une tuyère d'alimentation en vecteur énergétique. La tuyère comprend un résonateur et est orientée dans un plan sous un angle par rapport à l'axe central de la chambre de broyage. La chambre comprend des ouvertures de chargement et de déchargement. Un élément déflecteur en forme de disque est monté dans le couvercle supérieur de la chambre de broyage, sous l'ouverture de chargement; ses dimensions transversales sont 1,1 fois supérieures à celles de l'ouverture de chargement ou au moins égales à celles-ci. Le résonateur comporte des parties hautes et basses fréquences, disposées en séquence sur la longueur de la tuyère.
