Abstract

A method for genetic analysis in which two or more nucleic acid samples are derived from two or more heterogeneous biological samples, with expression and assessment of the corresponding peptides. The assessment of the peptides focuses on at least one physical property of the polypeptides to enable determination of the sequences. Additional features of certain embodiments of the invention include, without limitation, variable primer lengths and missense and nonsense suppression.
