Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de commande pour colonnes chromatographiques dans lesquelles les substances à séparer sont liées à une phase stationnaire et sont éluées par une phase fluide. Selon ce procédé, pour amorcer le fractionnement, il est prévu d'utiliser une valeur auxiliaire. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que la valeur auxiliaire utilisée dans le fluide est une concentration calculée en ligne d'un ou de plusieurs constituants des substances à séparer. Il intervient ensuite le calcul de la concentration par combinaison d'un modèle rigoureux et entraîné par données, pour décrire la séparation chromatographique des constituants du mélange.
