L'invention concerne des fragments du SNT et du FGFR pouvant former un complexe de liaison qui se prête aux déterminations structurelles par spectroscopie RMN. L'invention concerne en outre les données structurelles tridimensionnelles correspondantes. L'invention concerne aussi une méthodologie applicable à la conception rationnelle structurelle connexe de médicaments reposant sur les données en question. L'invention concerne également des séquences nucléotidiques et des séquences d'acides aminés de ces fragments.
