Abstract

An on-line securities trading system permits investors to access a brokerage interface via the Internet. The system provides a graphical interface that is user friendly and enables brokerage clients to view account holdings, receive quotes for and executes trades based on account holdings. A financial advisor monitors and assists in the execution of client transactions.
