Abstract

In einem Funk-Kommunikationssystem mit einer Vielzahl von Sender-/Empfängerstationen, bei dem zu einem gegebenen Zeitpunkt eine erste Menge dieser Sender-Empfängerstationen eine aktive Menge von Stationen bildet, die mit einem mobilen Endgerät kommunizieren, wird bei einer Ermittlung eines Bedarfs nach einer Verbindungsweiterschaltung die aktive Menge von Stationen um wenigstens eine zusätzliche Station erweitert. Zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt kann wenigstens eine Station mit einer niedrigsten Übertragungsqualität aus der aktiven Menge entfernt werden, um die Verbindungsweiterschaltung abzuschließen.
