Abstract

L'invention porte sur un article recouvert d'un revêtement résistant à l'érosion et sur le procédé de dépôt dudit revêtement sur l'article. L'article ainsi revêtu, qui présente une durée de vie accrue, résiste à l'érosion même dans une atmosphère à haute température; il comprend un substrat de résine organique, un revêtement résistant à l'érosion sous haute température, et une couche de liaison fixant le revêtement au substrat. La couche de liaison peut être faite d'un matériau choisi parmi le zinc, l'aluminium, un alliage d'aluminium-silicium, le chrome, le titane, le nickel, le silicium, l'étain, l'antimoine, le cuivre, le fer, l'acier inox, l'argent, et leurs mélanges. Le revêtement résistant à l'érosion peut consister en une couche non poreuse faite d'un matériau choisi parmi des carbures, des fluorures, des nitrures, des oxydes, et leurs mélanges avec des matériaux tels que le nickel, le cobalt, le fer, le chrome, le tungstène, et le molybdène. Le substrat de résine organique est préparé pour recevoir le revêtement résistant à l'érosion par sablage de la surface de la résine. On applique ensuite sur ladite surface la couche métallique de liaison, puis le revêtement résistant à l'érosion sur la couche métallique de liaison.
