Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau à base de dioxyde de zirconium, stabilisé par l'oxyde d'yttrium. Il comprend en tant que composant stabilisant d'addition un oxyde de métal choisi dans un groupe constitué d'oxyde de calcium, d'oxyde de magnésium, d'oxyde de strontium, d'oxyde de scandium et d'oxydes des éléments de terres rares (entre europium et lutécium), ces composants étant présents dans les proportions suivantes (en moles pour cent): oxyde d'yttrium 0,5 - 4,5 composant stabilisateur 0,1 - 4,5 oxyde de zirconium le reste L'instrument chirurgical tranchant comprend une lame avec une queue et un support de lame destiné à une lame fixée rigidement. La lame est faite à partir du matériau à base de dioxyde de zirconium, d'un seul cristal possédant une structure nanocristalline ayant une taille des domaines n'excédant pas les 200 nm, sans limites de phase de la séparation, stabilisé avec de l'oxyde d'yttrium et stabilisé de façon complémentaire avec un composant se présentant comme un oxyde de métal sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant l'oxyde de calcium, l'oxyde de magnésium, l'oxyde de strontium, l'oxyde de scandium et des oxydes des éléments de terres rares (entre europium et lutécium), ces composants étant présents dans le proportions suivantes (en moles pour cent): oxyde d'yttrium 0,5 - 4,5 composant stabilisateur 0,1 - 4,5 oxyde de zirconium le reste Ce matériau peut aussi servir à fabriquer des pièces de matériel technologique tels que des cylindres, des filières et des galets.
