Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement et de régénération de solutions aqueuses usées de soude caustique provenant de la purification et du nettoyage de produits pétrolifères. Le procédé consiste : à éventuellement dégraisser cette solution usée de soude caustique, à éventuellement filtrer de façon initiale la solution, éventuellement dégraissée, à oxyder cette solution, éventuellement dégraissée et filtrée, avec de l'ozone en quantité au moins stoechiométrique par rapport aux polluants à éliminer, à finalement filtrer la solution résultant de l'ozonisation, et à récupérer et réutiliser la solution de soude caustique ainsi régénérée et clarifiée, avec un pH > 14 et un titre de soude caustique libre équivalant à deux fois celui de la solution de soude caustique usée initiale. L'invention concerne également la solution régénérée de soude caustique obtenue au moyen du procédé susmentionné, et un appareil permettant d'exécuter ledit procédé.
