Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de recherche simple et facile d'un numéro de téléphone parmi plusieurs numéros mémorisés dans un téléphone cellulaire. Dans le procédé de l'invention, on entre dans téléphone cellulaire les premières lettres des mots d'un nom donné, en enfonçant dans un certain ordre des touches spécifiées, prévues pour l'entrée des premières lettres. En réponse à l'entrée des première lettres, tous les noms comportant les première lettre entrées au moyen des touches spécifiées, sont sortis d'une mémoire du téléphone cellulaire. Tous les noms et numéros de téléphone associés sont affichés sur l'écran du téléphone cellulaire, ce qui permet à l'utilisateur de sélectionner le numéro de téléphone recherché parmi les données affichées. Le procédé de l'invention est utilisé pour la recherche de données consistant en un ou plusieurs mots et mémorisées dans un système à clavier comportant plusieurs touches conçues chacune pour l'entrée de plusieurs lettres.
