Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung für die parenterale Verabreichung von Wirkstoffen, enthaltend ein Trägermaterial und mindestens einen Wirkstoff, wobei das Trägermaterial sphärische Mikropartikel mit einem mittleren Durchmesser von 1 nm bis 100 νm enthält, die ganz oder teilweise aus mindestens einem wasserunlöslichen linearen Polysaccharid, insbesondere einem linearen Polyglucan, bestehen, eine Suspension, die diese Zusammensetzung enthält, sowie deren Verwendung.
