Abstract

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification, refers to a new laminar support, which has been conceived and realized in order to obtain numerous and notable advantages over other existing ones of analogous purposes.

Said new laminar support is constituted as a body, of quadrangular or rectangular plan, of low height, formed by the union of two or more sheets of paper or the like, between which a paper core is incorporated that adopts the cellular configuration in a manner of honeycomb, the assembly being closed by the perimetral union of the edges of the sheets that cover the central structure.

The laminar support thus configured, has as its main characteristic its high strength, which is coupled with a minimum weight, ease of handling and 100% recyclability.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention has its application within the industry dedicated to the manufacture of laminar supports, especially in paper and cardboard.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The applicant is aware of the existence at present, of a plurality of sheet supports.

Some of these supports are configured as pallets provided in their lower part, as a support point, according to which the support thus constituted is transported with the help of a machine provided with the relevant elements that are incorporated below the laminar support itself, They allow their transfer and positioning at different heights.

The pallets thus constituted, are preferably made of wood, which are joined together with transversely located boards, which serve as an anchor for all longitudinal pieces, then the clamping of the wooden structure with the support legs is carried out. configured as tacos of the same material.

The applicant is also aware of the existence of supports similar to those described above, manufactured in a monobloc way, through the use of metallic materials, especially sheet metal, with pronunciations derived from the material's own configuration, which rise punctually and to a certain height. the laminar area on which the bodies to be transported are located, allowing the machine to operate to facilitate the transfer to the distribution points, by land transport or to the points where the support elements and the material stored on them are pertinent stacked

The applicant also knows the existence of Laminate supports made from cardboard sheets, which adopting the quadrangular or rectangular plantar configuration, are attached to a core formed by a plurality of microceldillas, which act as reinforcements of the external sheets, presenting externally, specifically on their sides, longitudinal openings arising from the incorporation of the aforementioned core.

The applicant also knows the existence of supports emanating from cardboard boxes that are provided at the time of design of the relevant die-cut and creasing lines, resulting in the existence of an armored box, by mechanical or manual means, which after being properly attached, it has projections in the lower area of the horizontal base structure of the relevant lifting and transport means derived from a machine suitable for this application.

The resistance of the supports configured as a pallet, provided with solid legs or deformations arising from its own structure, is found to be useful in practice, adequately fulfilling its purpose, which does not preclude certain nature of its own nature. inconveniences at the time of its manipulation, this is its excessive weight, its discomfort and danger due to the appearance of nails and splinters and of course the great difficulty existing at the time of its disposal.

As for the laminar supports obtained from sheets joined together, forming in the inner zone a core derived from the incorporation of foreign bodies, manufactured in different materials, configuring cells, has been verified both only and partially optimal, since at not having the relevant stability At the junction of the two laminar bodies that act as the upper and lower face of the support itself, certain anomalies in its use have been appreciated, such as lower resistance, greater moisture absorption, and therefore more easily deteriorated.

The use of boxes made of cardboard is found not useful for specific applications, especially for the transport of goods that exceed the appropriate characteristics in terms of the resistance of the cardboard itself.

The obvious solution to the current problem on this matter, would be to have a laminar support, which either considered individually, either as a pallet, or as a box, acquires resistance levels equal to or greater than those obtained from of materials such as wood or metal, but in turn enjoy all the advantages inherent in its raw material, paper, that is:

- Manageability: less weight.

- Less danger: no nails, no splinters.

- Recyclability.

Apart from the support of the invention, the applicant is not aware of the existence of a laminar support at present which is provided with the characteristics indicated above as suitable.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The new laminar support that the invention proposes, constitutes in itself an evident novelty within its field of application, since according to its basic structural characteristics and manufactured from lightweight materials, it is characterized by having in its context the possibility to provide a service similar to the supports made of wood and metal, and at the same time it has the benefits derived from a material that is substantially lighter and allows recycling, once reused.

More specifically, the new laminar support object of the invention is constituted from the union of two or more sheets of paper, which give rise to the constitution of two resistant laminar elements, between which a core is incorporated of paper that adopts a honeycomb-like cellular configuration, then performing a perimeter soldier that has the mission of joining the upper and lower sheet and that of immovably incorporating said core.

This sheet constituted in the described manner, can be implemented by joining it by one of its faces with three lines of pronunciations of rectangular, quadrangular or circular plan, internally provided with a core similar to that incorporated between the two constituent bodies of the part upper and lower support, or being the constitutive pronunciations of the legs, hollow inside.

Likewise, said four pieces can themselves form a monobloc body configured in the form of a container box, provided with three creasing lines, whereby the pertinent fold thereof will be made, consequently forming four faces, using the two smaller ends of the configuration cited to make the pertinent union thereof and form the upper hollow area, each of the faces presenting characteristics equal to the new laminar support.

The body of the container thus configured, in accordance with the aforementioned, may optionally have a lid, which may be formed from the support itself, to which laminar edges are incorporated for fixing at the mouth, these laminar edges being Any type deemed appropriate, totally conventional and exclusively punctual.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of these figures, it can be seen how the new laminar support (1) that is recommended, is constituted from a core formed by two pieces (2) and (2 ^# ), which adopt the square plantar configuration. guiding or rectangular, which in turn are constituted by the union with each other of a plurality of sheets of paper or similar material, which result in the configuration of two rigid pieces, between which a padding (4) is incorporated, which adopts the configuration of a plurality of honeycomb cells, the pieces (2) and (2 ') being attached to the upper and lower part respectively of the cells or cores (4).

Optionally, the body that is attached on the support, which configures the four faces of the box or container, can be constituted as a monobloc body, equipped with three creasing lines, by which the relevant fold of the same will be made, forming consequently four faces and using the two minor ends of the aforementioned configuration to make the pertinent union thereof and form the upper hollow area, each of the faces presenting characteristics similar to the base piece that is configured as the new laminar support.
