Abstract

A nucleotide sequence encoding for either a protein having an amino acid sequence with at least 40 % identity to Sequence ID no 1, or an active derivative of said protein or a fragment of said protein or an isoform of said protein. Also embraced is the use of said nucleotide sequence for isolating a regulatory sequence and a regulatory sequence thus obtained. Furthermore the invention relates to the use of said regulatory sequences for transforming plants.
