Abstract

Cette invention peut être utilisée afin de distribuer un liquide gazeux depuis un récipient dans lequel le liquide est sous pression. La cavité du bec communique avec la cavité du corps, tandis que du côté inférieur de la membrane est prévue une tige comportant un clapet qui est couplé au siège de l'ouverture pratiquée dans le fond avec laquelle communique un tube. Le corps comprend un couvercle de sûreté et, dans sa partie inférieure, une douille d'éclatement. Le clapet peut se présenter sous forme d'un cône tronqué qui est connecté à la tige par la petite base, et qui possède un angle de conicité supérieur à 0° mais inférieur à 90°. Un anneau d'étanchéité est en outre disposé soit dans le siège, soit dans le clapet. Sur la partie inférieure du fond se trouve un cône d'étanchéité ou un joint annulaire. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un clapet pour cette capsule-siphon, lequel consiste à placer la tige reliée à la membrane dans l'ouverture du fond de la cavité du corps dans la zone du siège du clapet; on chauffe ensuite l'extrémité de la tige et on forme le clapet en reprenant la forme du siège. L'extrémité refroidie de la tige est ensuite pressée légèrement à l'aide d'un instrument dont la température est inférieure à la température de fusion du matériau dont est faite la tige.
