Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil (1) conçu pour porter une jambe (10), comprenant un logement (2) et un support (3) attaché au logement (2), une base (4) et un axe (5) . Le logement (2) est configuré de sorte qu'une partie de la jambe (10) soit soutenue dans un sens non vertical et fixée avec des sangles (16, 17), un angle entre le logement (2) et le support (3) étant réglable par un dispositif (6) de réglage d'angle. Cet appareil (1) permet de soutenir la jambe (10) d'une personne par la moitié inférieure au-dessous du genou (18) (telle que représentée), ou alors par la moitié supérieure au-dessus du genou avec la cuisse dans une position avancée (n'est pas représentée). Par conséquent, le patient peut porter son poids sur sa jambe, tout en laissant le poids sur la moitié inférieure de la jambe (10), la moitié inférieure étant amenée dans une position propice à la guérison de la jambe blessée.
