Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs de réseau de lignes téléphoniques privées, conformes à différentes versions des normes, reliés et interopérables sur un support de transmission PTNB. Des dispositifs de rang supérieur supportent une structure de réseau logique double superposée grâce à laquelle deux paires de dispositifs de rang supérieur peuvent communiquer simultanément sur deux bandes de fréquence séparées. Un noeud de rang supérieur contient un dispositif de couche physique (PHY) à vitesse élevée et un PHY à faible vitesse, ainsi qu'une commande d'accès au support (MAC) de rangs supérieur et inférieur ou une MAC renforcée capable de supporter une transmission à double bande de fréquence, la capacité totale du système correspondant ainsi à la somme des capacités de chaque réseau logique. Ladite capacité est en outre renforcée par préfixage d'un en-tête de trame PHY à faible débit de symboles à un paquet de données. L'en-tête de trame PHY comporte un en-tête de paramètre d'émission et de champ de synchronisation à formation courte qui contient suffisamment d'informations paramétriques grâce auxquelles un récepteur peut adapter efficacement ses paramètres de réception internes pour réaliser un débit de données désiré par rapport à une performance de taux d'erreur désirée. Un protocole efficace assure l'accès à des ressources de largeur de bande et leur attribution à des noeuds multiples de différentes capacités sur un réseau local. Les ressources de réseau sont réparties en intervalles de temps fixes, les noeuds de réseau pouvant accéder à des numéros d'intervalles de temps en fonction de leur largeur de bande et des exigences en matière de qualité de service. L'attribution de l'accès et des ressources est effectuée par un noeud de réseau particulier configuré ou identifié en tant que gestionnaire de réseau, qui développe une table d'attribution de largeur de bande et fournit ladite table à tous les autres noeuds couplés au réseau sur une base d'émission. Les noeuds de réseau communiquent par la suite entre eux pendant les périodes qui leur sont attribuées.
