Abstract
L'invention concerne une tour à priller (1) destinée notamment à sécher par pulvérisation/agglomérer par pulvérisation des constituants de détergents ou similaires. Selon l'invention, des suspensions sont injectées par l'intermédiaire de buses de pulvérisation dans différents plans de buses (2, 3), dans le sens de la force de gravité, dans la tour, à l'encontre de l'air chaud en turbulence (5, 6) acheminé à contre-courant. Plusieurs buses sont disposées en périphérie, dans chaque plan de buses (2, 3). L'invention vise à optimiser l'énergie utilisée et notamment à éviter la formation de </= points chauds >/= . A cet effet, il est prévu de placer dans au moins un plan de buses (2, 3) des buses produisant des cônes de pulvérisation sur la périphérie, sur des bras de pulvérisation (11a, 11b, 11c) de différentes longueurs, disposés sensiblement horizontalement.
