Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine des installations de réfrigération et concerne plus précisément des systèmes de réfrigération de boissons. Cette invention peut être utilisée dans des entreprises où l'on produit des boissons telles que de la bière, de l'eau, des jus ou autres, ainsi que dans la réfrigération d'autres liquides comme le lait dans les fermes. Cette invention a pour but de mieux protéger l'environnement lors de la production, d'accroître l'efficacité thermo-technique, de simplifier la structure du système et de faciliter son installation dans un local. Ce dispositif de réfrigération comprend une unité de batteries thermoélectriques (9) qui comprend un circuit chaud et un circuit froid de caloporteur (6) et qui comporte une unité complémentaire d'évacuation de la chaleur. Cette unité complémentaire se compose d'une pompe de circulation complémentaire (12) ainsi que d'un radiateur (13) qui comprend un ventilateur (14) et un dispositif de séparation des gaz, ladite unité complémentaire étant connectée au circuit chaud de l'unité (9). Le conteneur de boisson (1) comprend une isolation thermique (18) ainsi qu'une chemise de réfrigération complémentaire (22) qui est disposée entre ledit conteneur et l'isolation thermique. L'entrée de cette chemise est connectée à la sortie du circuit froid de l'unité de batteries thermoélectriques (9), tandis que sa sortie est connectée à un réservoir (5) de caloporteur (6). Le côté (19) de la chemise se trouvant contre le conteneur (1) est fait d'un matériau élastique fin (20).
