Abstract
Verfahren und Einrichtung zum Beschichten eines Metallbandes (5), das durch ein Bad (11) mit Beschichtungsmetall, insbesondere Zink, läuft, wobei ein Teil des Beschichtungsmetalls nach Verlassen des Bades (11) mit Luft, die aus zumindest einer Düse (6, 10) austritt, weggeblasen wird. Die Schichtdicke des Beschichtungsmetalls auf dem Metallband (5) wird in Abhängigkeit des Abstands (a, ao, au) zwischen dem Metallband (5) und der Düse (6, 10) mittels eines Beschichtungsmodells (30) geregelt, wobei der Abstand zwischen dem Metallband (5) und der Düse (6, 10) mittels eines inversen Beschichtungsmodells (31) ermittelt wird.
