Abstract

La présente invention concerne le fait que des protéines codées par une famille de gènes de vertébrés, dénommés ici 'gènes à connexité avec un PDF', et qui sont partie prenante dans la transduction de signaux induits par des membres de la superfamille TGFβ. La présente invention permet désormais de disposer de compositions et de procédés convenant notamment pour la production et/ou l'entretien d'une gamme de différents tissus de vertébrés, tant in vitro qu'in vivo.
