Abstract
The present item refers to a novel and versatile device to be used as a wafer cone ice-cream and popsicle drip guards, featuring a conical base, with its upper part shaped like a round concave 'cup' having a stepped midriff and a pointed lower end provided with 'ribs' to be handheld, featuring also a hollow rectangular section, vertical 'ribbed' stem where to place the popsicle stick, thus, holding the popsicle by its lower side, resting on the anatomical 'ribbed' stem.
Description
1 Title: "ARRANGEMENTS APPLIED TO ICE-CREAM GUARDS" 2 DISCLOSURE OF THE MODEL 3 The present item refers to α novel and versatile model of guards for 4 ice-creams in wafer cones and popsicles, based on a cone bottomed 5 receptacle the upper part of which is shaped like a "cup", round and 6 concave. The lower end of such item is pointed, and its mid section is 7 provided with circular "ribs" all around its lower half up to its lower end, and a 8 hand fitting stem provided with a rectangular section hollow handle to 9 receive the popsicle stick, thus holding the ice-cream by its lower side ιo placed in the handheld hollow stem. n Due to the need to innovate the design of our day-to-day appliances, i2 checking upon a practical way to add an anatomical comfort to the i3 product, it led us to develop the present device, aiming at joining a futuristic i4 design to an expedient anatomization. is The great number of people who enjoy having an ice-cream would i6 certainly appreciate to be able to count on an item that would allow them
A to do it without smearing their hands and clothes, whether they are having a is wafer cone ice-cream or popsicle, since upon being exposed to the i9 environment temperature, somewhat higher than that of the refrigerator, it
20 tends to go from a solid state to liquid quickly, thus making it necessary to use
2i something to hold the melting iced tidbit and prevent it from dripping onto
22 clothes, handbags, briefcases or even important documents. The ice-cream
23 wafer cone model can be manufactured in different materials, such as:
24 plastic, mineral waxed paper or any other kind of flexible material. The
25 popsicle guard model, due to the acommodating shape of its base can be
26 used with popsicles of rectangular, eliptical (traditional), round, triangular or
27 square section bodies.
28 The ice-cream guards aim to avoiding ice-cream drippings, protecting
29 consumers in a hygienical and practical way.
i Practical, hygienic, versatile and functional, ice-cream guards allow the
2 companies to spread their trade marks, through printed advertising on the
3 outer walls of such ice-cream guards, thus providing a differentiated visual
4 aspect at the same time a new advertising medium is created.
5 Therefore, a product has been developed which together with its practical
6 usefulness, versatility and hygiene, will be of great help to solve inherent
7 problems, since it can easily be carried about because it is a simplified s device.
9 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS ιo For a perfect viewing and understanding of "ARRANGEMENTS APPLIED TO n ICE-CREAM GUARDS", in question, please find hereattached the per aining i2 illustrations, which: i3 Fig.l - shows the device conical model perspective view, as referred; i4 Fig.2 - shows a front view of the device conical model, as referred; is Fig.3 - shows the device anatomical model perspective view, as referred; i6 Fig.4 - shows the device anatomical model front view, as referred.
17 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE MODEL is As per the illustrations and their details, the "ARRANGEMENTS APPLIED TO i9 ICE-CREAM GUARDS" now under discussion, is constituted by a guard to be
20 used around ice-cream wafer cones and popsicles (1 ), featuring a conical
2i base (2) with its upper part shaped like a round concave "cup"(3) having a
22 stepped midriff (4) and a pointed lower end (5) provided with "ribs" to be
23 handheld (6), featuring also a hollow rectangular section vertical "ribbed"
24 stem (7) where to place the popsicle stick (8), thus holding the popsicle (9)
25 by its lower side (10) resting on the anatomical "ribbed" stem (7).
26 Evidently, a number of models can be conceived with different shapes,
27 sizes, colors and materials, preserving, however, the scope of the present developed idea and object of the current patent request.
In view of the advantages it offers and being endowed by actual novel characteristics, the "ARRANGEMENTS APPLIED TO ICE-CREAM GUARDS" have the necessary conditions to be deserving of an Utility Model Patent Privilege.
