Abstract

The present invention relates to a cylindrical can for an aerosol container, the can comprising a curled portion, whereby the curled portion has been ground to obtain a flat surface (10), The flat surface being in a plane normal to the axis of the can, thus defining a substantially flat ring, so that this surface provides an improved sealing between the can and a mounting cup, in particular in the case of high pressure aerosol containers.
