Abstract

Selon l'invention, on peut utiliser, en tant qu'additif, une solution très alcaline et à très faible teneur en sodium de phosphate de tripotassium saturé, dans des présentations comme des gouttes concentrées, des comprimés, des gélules, des boissons, des sachets de thé ou d'autres formes de présentation. Cet additif comprend en outre du calcium, du zinc, du magnésium et jusqu'à 79 oligo-éléments provenant de sel marin. Ces oligo-éléments sont chélatés à l'aide d'acides aminés et pris à partir de dépôts marins de chlorure de magnésium, à faible teneur en sodium. Les acides aminés proviennent d'une source non porcine. L'additif, qui est considéré sur le plan nutritionnel comme ayant une teneur nulle en sodium, peut être utilisé sous forme de gouttes aqueuses concentrées, ou sous forme sèche, en tant qu'additif de formulations destinées à un complément diététique, notamment des comprimés, gélules, gommes à mâcher, sachets de thé, eau embouteillée, boissons et autres.
