Abstract

The invention relates to a pressure control device comprising the following: pressure control valves (5) which can close or open pressure control channels in a valve support body (1); a two-part covering unit (3) which is placed on the valve support body (1) and covers the pressure control valves (5); a control and/or regulating electronics unit (16), or parts thereof, for actuating the pressure control valves (5). The first housing part (2) of the covering unit (3) is fitted on the valve support body (1), and is made of an electrically insulating, sound absorbing material. The second housing part (4) of the covering unit (3) is mounted on the first housing part (2), at a distance from the valve support boy (1), and is made of a metal.
