Abstract

L'invention concerne une pièce rapportée pour l'embouchure d'un récipient (1, 1', 1') avec un canal de ventilation (2, 2', 2'), qui présente un tuyau de décharge (7, 7'). Le tuyau de décharge (7, 7') est entouré, en dehors de sa surface extérieure par un fond (8, 8', 8') comportant une ouverture de raccordement de canal de ventilation (12) et est délimité par un manchon (10, 10') qui repose de manière étanche contre la paroi intérieure de l'embouchure du récipient (3, 3', 3') une fois la pièce rapportée introduite dans l'embouchure (3, 3', 3') du récipient. La pièce rapportée prévue pour l'embouchure du récipient est formée de manière qu'une fois la pièce rapportée introduite dans l'embouchure (3, 3', 3') du récipient, un canal collecteur en forme de goulotte entoure le tuyau de décharge (7, 7'). Le fond (8, 8', 8') du canal collecteur est formé par ledit fond 8, 8', 8') et le canal collecteur sert à acheminer le liquide (14,15) qui dégoutte jusqu'au canal de ventilation (2, 2', 2'). Un mandrin de soufflage comporte un mandrin de présoufflage (25) pour calibrer l'orifice de décharge, un mandrin de soufflage secondaire (24) pour calibrer l'embouchure du canal de ventilation et un mandrin de soufflage principal (23) pour calibrer le fond (8') du canal collecteur. Un moule de soufflage présente un prolongement dont la forme correspond à une paroi du tuyau de décharge. Selon un procédé de production d'un récipient en plastique (1') muni d'une pièce rapportée pour son embouchure, un flexible en plastique est insufflé dans le moule de soufflage fermé. Le récipient (1') est séparé de la partie plastique (21) serrée dessus et le mandrin de soufflage est introduit dans l'embouchure du récipient.
