Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de condenser les vapeurs d'un flux de gaz, lequel procédé consiste à effectuer une supersaturation et une ionisation desdites vapeurs. L'ionisation du gaz se fait en créant une effluve dans le flux de gaz, laquelle effluve va assurer une concentration des ions ainsi formés qui est supérieure ou égale à 105/cm3. On maintient en outre, au niveau des électrodes générant l'effluve, une tension qui permet de maintenir un telle concentration des ions à l'endroit où le flux de gaz sort et pénètre dans la zone de supersaturation des vapeurs, ceci pendant toute la durée du processus de condensation. A cette fin, on peut par exemple utiliser un dispositif tel que celui représenté dans la Fig. 1.
