Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif conçu pour enregistrer, traiter électroniquement et transmettre, par l'intermédiaire d'un système de communication, des informations optiques, par exemple l'image d'une personne. Ledit dispositif comporte une caméra, une unité vidéo permettant de convertir une image détectée par la caméra en signaux ayant un format adapté à ladite transmission, et éventuellement d'ajouter des informations supplémentaires à l'image telles que du texte ou du son. Le son est converti dans ledit format des signaux au moyen d'un microphone et d'un organe audio, ce qui permet la formation d'un message pouvant être transmis. Ledit dispositif comporte également un organe de transmission conçu pour accéder au système de télécommunication et pour transmettre le message, ainsi qu'un organe de paiement conçu pour lancer son fonctionnement et, éventuellement un organe d'impression pour imprimer au moins l'image et éventuellement la partie visuelle du message total.
