Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Adapter (1) mit integrierter Vorschalt- und Zündanordnung für ringförmige Leuchtstofflampen (2) mit Stiftsockel (9) zum Anschluß an herkömmliche Glühlampenfassungen. Der Adapter (1) besitzt ein quaderförmiges Gehäuse (3) und weist an jedem Ende eine Halterung auf, die den Stiftsockel (9) der Leuchtstofflampe (2) beziehungsweise die Leuchtstofflampe (2) selbst teilweise umfängt. Die erste Halterung beinhaltet dabei zusätzlich eine Fassung zur Aufnahme und elektrischen Kontaktierung des Stiftsockels (9) und die andere Halterung eine Schnappvorrichtung zur Arretierung der Lampe (2).
