Abstract

L'invention concerne une variante de l'agencement de la chambre annulaire d'aspiration et de calmage au gaz sur un cubilot à circulation de gaz chauffé au coke, pour la valorisation matérielle et/ou énergétique de matériaux de déchets de différentes compositions selon le brevet principal P 196 40 497, agencement avec lequel l'aspiration de produits organiques gazeux n'étant pas encore complètement décomposés en leurs constituants de base CO, H2, H2O, CO2 ainsi qu'en leurs composants à l'état de traces, ou bien déjà reformés, n'est pas empêchée de façon sûre. Cette aspiration est empêchée de façon sûre par le fait que la chambre annulaire inférieure d'aspiration et de calmage au gaz est disposée en dessous, de façon qu'elle aille jusqu'au plan de la zone de fusion et de surchauffe formé par le compresseur à jet de gaz. Avec cet agencement, le gaz en excès est extrait de la cuve de four directement de la zone de fusion et de surchauffe, à des températures élevées d'environ 2000 °C. Le gaz en excès est également guidé à travers la couche de coke incandescente de la zone de fusion et de surchauffe du cubilot à circulation de gaz chauffé au coke. Grâce à l'effet consommateur d'énergie de la réaction de Boudouard, le CO2 est transformé en CO avec abaissement de la température du gaz. Simultanément, l'élimination du gaz en excès contenu dans le gaz de processus se fait selon la technique des fluides.
