Abstract

Ce système de surveillance de câble électrique comporte un ou plusieurs transducteurs répartis sur toute la longueur du câble. Chaque transducteur, qui est raccordé opérationnellement au câble, mesure des paramètres opérationnels du câble, effectuant notamment des mesures de température, de pression, de tension, de courant, etc. Chacun de ces transducteurs produit un signal de sortie en réponse à des valeurs paramétriques réelles. Un câble de données, tel qu'un câble coaxial, un câble à paires torsadées, un câble à fibres optiques, etc., contigu au câble électrique et s'étendant sensiblement en parallèle, est raccordé aux transducteurs.
