Abstract

The invention describes an aryl-hydronaphthalenalkanamine, having structural formula (I). The invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising such a compound and the use of such a compound to effectuate partial or complete blockade of serotonergic 5-HT2C receptors in an organism. Furthermore the inventio provides a process for the preparation of such a compound.
